Laserzone allows bookings to be moved up to 12 months forward without penalty as long as notice is given prior to the start time of the booking. In the case of a Full-Venue-Hire, 7 days notice must be given to move a booking otherwise the deposit will not be transferrable.
Cancellations and full refunds are available for any bookings when at least 2 weeks notice is given. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the booking.
